How do I reset my password?

Click ‘Forgot My Password’ on the Log In page, and we’ll email you with instructions on how to change it. Just make sure your inbox filters are enabled to receive emails from Floral Street, otherwise it might get hidden in a separate folder.

Can I cancel or change my order after checking out?

If your order’s already been processed it may not be possible – but we’ll see what we can do! Send us an email at hello@floralstreet.com as soon as possible with your order details and we’ll look into this for you.

How long does delivery take?

Standard UK Delivery via Royal Mail takes 2–3 working days. For faster delivery, Express UK Delivery via Royal Mail arrives on the next working day*. *Orders must be placed before 2pm for same day dispatch.

Can I change my delivery address?

If your order’s already been processed it may be too late to change your delivery address. Send us an email at hello@floralstreet.com as soon as possible with your order details and we’ll see what we can do.

How do I track my order?

You can check the status of your order using the tracking number we send you by email. If you've not received a tracking number or you have a question about your order, just drop us an email at hello@floralstreet.com with your order number and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.

Can you help with an order made from another retailer or stockist?

We’re not able to process returns or exchanges on orders not placed through floralstreet.com or us.floralstreet.com. Please reach out to the store or stockist where you made your purchase for assistance.

My order’s not arrived, what do I do?

If something is sold out, when will it be restocked?

How do I send a gift card?

Choose your amount and purchase an e-gift card on our UK site.Floral Street gift cards are digital only, so you won't receive a physical card. Once your order is completed, we'll email you with your gift card, which you can then forward on to your recipient, or print out at home.

How long will it take to receive a refund?

A refund of the purchase amount (minus the delivery fee) will be made within 5 days after we receive the return via the same method of payment you used to make the purchase. We’ll send you an email to let you know when a refund has been processed.

If your gifted product is faulty, damaged, or defective, we can arrange an exchange for the same product, subject to availability. Send us an email hello@floralstreet.com with the full name of the gifter and their email address, and we’ll see what we can do.

What is floral fragrance?

A floral scent is one built with a high amount of the volatile organic compounds emitted by petals. But – and here’s the magic bit – we don’t need to use real flowers for all our floral fragrances. For some, we build their scent synthetically in the lab for a purer finish. Floral Street fragrances contain a whole bunch of flowers in every bottle. Floral perfume needn’t be soft and romantic, we believe flowers can be exotic and tough, too.

Why doesn’t Floral Street talk about base, middle and top notes?

Well, because, we do things a bit differently. Floral Street fragrances aren’t structured into pyramids, they’re expressed in curves. We call it the Fragrance Curve: three layers of scent each blooming at once, all of which last longer than traditional linear-shaped fragrances. Ultimately, what matters is whether you like the smell of a fragrance on your skin, and talking endlessly about pyramids, notes and structure just gets in the way. We just want fragrance to be fun and easy.

Just like in music, the notes in perfume are the little parts that make the whole. The selection of notes in fragrances is a fine art for which perfumers spend years training for. Floral Street fragrances were blended by one of the world’s greatest perfumers, Jérôme Epinette. He blended a bunch of hand-selected notes together to create our multi-faceted floral fragrances. Honestly, notes are ultimately ingredients. So, we call them ingredients.

How should I apply my fragrance?

Underwear before socks? Socks before underwear? It’s entirely your call. And it’s the same with perfume. There is one cardinal sin we warn against though. Pressing your wrists together after application can disrupt the scent, causing it to fade faster. Just spritz and waft. Sure, there are some tricks to making your fragrance last – make sure your skin is well hydrated for one – but honestly, the way you apply your perfume is as unique to you as the way you apply your lipstick. And we like it that way.

How long will my perfume bottle last?

To put it bluntly: a long time. Floral Street fragrances are classified as eau de parfums and contain 20% perfume oil, which offers twice the fragrance intensity of eau de toilettes. We wanted to make fragrance accessible, so we dropped the price and made the bottles bigger, all without compromising on the potency of the ingredients. If you look after your Floral Street bottle, it’ll last the distance. Keep it out of direct sunlight and store it at room temperature. Due to the natural and synthetic ingredients, the colour of the fragrance liquid may change over time – that’s totally normal, but the scent will remain.

How will I know which fragrance will suit me?

Well, this is all part of the fun. At Floral Street, we believe suitability in fragrance is sort of irrelevant: it’s more about what you like than what suits you. Plus, we’re all for the ever-changing impulses of self-expression. One day you may be in more of a Ylang Ylang Espresso mood, while the next day, you may be all about Neon Rose. We also offer a range of Discovery Sets so you can explore our scents to your heart's content.

Where are your fragrances made?

All of our fragrances are made in the UK, with ingredients responsibly sourced worldwide by our ingredients partner, Robertet.

Are Floral Street fragrances vegan and cruelty-free?

Fragrance has come a long way since the animal musks of old, but not all perfume brands can claim to be vegan. Happily, we can. Floral Street products contain no Animal Derived Ingredients (ADI) such as bovine, caprine, porcine, or ovine species, or any other animal product. At all. We're certified cruelty-free and vegan, and PETA and Leaping Bunny approved, too.

Are Floral Street fragrances sustainable?

It’s tricky – truly, nothing can ever be truly sustainable (as everything has an impact, no matter how small), but we can create things more mindfully, with a reduced environmental impact and traceable ingredients. It’s something we pride ourselves on at Floral Street. Every part of our production, from the seeds of our ingredients though to our packaging, is deeply considered and designed to reduce our impact on the environment.

Do you use chemicals in your fragrances?

At Floral Street, vegan, responsible and carefully-sourced ingredients are paramount. We work with perfume house Robertet to source both natural and synthetic fragrance ingredients and create certified vegan and cruelty-free perfumes. Some lab-made ingredients we use include ambroxan, an animal-free alternative to ambergris which is derived from whales, and our vegan honey accord, which mimics the sweet scent of honey, without relying on honey bees. We avoid phthalates, a chemical used to increase the longevity of fragrances, as we don’t deem them necessary and are wary of their impact on our environment and waterways. All of our products are also free from polycyclic and nitro musks (due to environmental concerns), sulphates and parabens – though we know that studies show the risks of using these ingredients in small concentrations are low.

Do you use ingredients that are tested on animals?

Floral Street products contain no Animal Derived Ingredients (ADI) such as bovine, caprine, porcine, or ovine species, or any other animal product.

Do you use ambergris or real musk?

We don't use any animal-derived ingredients, including ambergris or musks. We only use certified animal-free alternatives, that can mimic the scent of musks or ambergris, without causing any harm to animals or the planet.

ActiScents™ are active ingredients and raw materials that provide both fragrant and cosmetic benefits. All of our perfume mists are formulated with skin-soothing ActiScents™ that have been shown to reduce inflammation by up to 50%.

What skin-loving ingredients are in the Perfume Mists?

In addition to anti-inflammatory ActiScents™, each perfume mist contains upcycled rose water - a by-product of rose essential oil production - which offers light moisturisation and antioxidant properties.

Who founded Floral Street?

Floral Street all began with our founder, Michelle Feeney.A beauty powerhouse, Michelle started her career in PR, before moving to New York and being headhunted by Estée Lauder Companies to work on Prescriptives and Crème de la Mer, before being promoted to Vice President, Global Communications of MAC Cosmetics. She led MAC to become the world’s biggest make-up brand, spearheading the legendary MAC AIDS Fund and Viva Glam initiatives, realising that beauty could create broader social awareness and change. After moving back to the UK, Michelle went on to become CEO of St Tropez (pioneering their Princes Trust collaboration) and CEO of PZ Cussons Beauty Division, before taking a career sabbatical. During this time, Michelle came up with the idea for Floral Street – a modern British fragrance brand with sustainability and eco-responsibility at its very core.

Why are you called Floral Street?

The name Floral Street came to Michelle while walking through London’s Covent Garden. She looked up at a street sign and thought: “What a brilliant name for a fragrance brand!”London is a constant source of inspiration for Floral Street – it’s a city where girls are proud to bear a token of their heritage, while simultaneously embracing the fashion of now to create something entirely new.

What are your bottles and packaging made from?

Our vegan fine perfumes are packed in reusable, recyclable and biodegradable, pulp packaging, with a compostable rubber band (in place of single-use cellophane wrap). Our 50ml and 100ml boxes are made from renewable wood fibres from responsibly-managed forests, and approximately 1 recycled coffee cup. Each perfume glass bottle is recyclable, and our perfume mist bottles are made from 100% recycled and recyclable plastic, with an industry-first fully plastic mist pump, making the whole bottle fully recyclable.

What is your CleanHub partnership about?

We partner with CleanHub (an organisation focussed on combating plastic waste) who are dedicated to free the planet from plastic pollution, supporting coastal communities and providing jobs and support worldwide to establish collection hubs. Tracking above our committed support, we have, to date, helped retrieve the equivalent of 194,650 0.5L plastic bottles from reaching our oceans. Learn more about our sustainability commitments.

It happens. Our couriers require a signature for your parcel, so if you’re not at home to sign or receive it, they’ll leave you a delivery note with instructions on how to re-arrange delivery.

We only accept returns for products that are faulty, damaged, or defective. To process a return, we may ask you to provide evidence of the fault, such as photographs or a description of the issue. If a return is approved, you will receive a refund for the faulty product using the same payment method used for the original purchase. We will email you to confirm once your refund has been processed.
