DELIVERY
When will my order be sent?
We’re usually pretty quick at getting your parcel sent out to you. We aim to deliver your Floral Street goodies in no more than 1-6 working days of placing the order depending on which state you are in. It will be delivered by UPS and can be tracked online. We’ll send you the tracking number by email after you make a purchase.
How much is delivery?
Our Standard US delivery service costs $8 per order via UPS Shore post. For orders over $50, we’ll deliver free of charge. Orders must be placed before 12pm.
What states do you deliver to and how long will it take?
We’re happy to announce we can deliver to all 50 states! Please see the below list to find out what states we deliver too and how long it will take.
1-2 days: Conneticut (CT), Deleware (DE), District of Columbia (DC), Maryland (MD), Massachusetts (MA), New Jersey (NJ), New York (NY), Pennsylvania (PA), Virginia (VA)
2-3 days: Alabama (AL), Georgia (GA), Idaho (ID), Illinois (IL), Indiana (IN), Kentucky (KY), Michigan (MI), New Hampshire (NH), North Carolina (NC), Ohio (OH), Rhode Island (RI), South Carolina (SC), Tennessee (TN), Vermont (VT)
3-4 days: California (CA), Iowa (IA), Kansas (KS), Lousiana (LA), Minnesota (MN), Mississippo (MS), Missouri (MO), Wisconsin (WI).
4-5 days: Alaska (AK), Arizona (AZ), Arkansas (AR), Colorado (CO), Nebraska (NE), Oklahoma (OK), South Dakota (SD), Texas (TX), Wyoming (WY).
5-6 days: Florida (FL), Hawaii (HI), Montana (MT), Nevada (NV), New Mexico (NM), North Dakota (ND), Oregon (OR), Utah (UT), Washington (WA).
What if I’m not home when my order arrives?
It happens. If you’re not at home to receive it our courier will leave you a delivery note with instructions on how to re-arrange delivery.
Can I check on my order?
You can check the status of your order online using the tracking number we send you by email. But, if you have a specific question about your order, just drop us an email at jenny@floralstreet.com quoting your order number and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
What is your returns policy?
We can accept returns if we receive goods back within 28 days after purchase. The full-sized box must be unopened, undamaged and in a re-saleable condition; any signs of tampering or use will not be accepted for a refund. Your order must be securely packed in its original box and packaging to be eligible for return. A refund of the purchase amount – minus the delivery cost - will be made within 30 days after we receive the return, via the same method of payment you used to make purchase. We’ll send you an email to let you know when a refund has been made.
How do I make a return?
If you haven’t used your fragrance and need to return it, please contact us at info@floralstreet.com Unless the goods are faulty, you’ll need to arrange and pay for the delivery of your return. Don’t forget to obtain proof of postage, to track your return in case it doesn’t make its way back to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
What about exchanges?
You can organise an exchange with us if your order arrives damaged (it happens occasionally) or defective. If you need to make an exchange for the same product, drop us an email at jenny@floralstreet.com and we’ll take it from there.
How long will my refund take?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
